Yeah it's a lot more fun, feels more realistic too cause the gameplay is a bit more controlled and slower.

That is how I feel too. I enjoy it, slowing it down and passing the ball around the back to build something.

Valladolid Release Final Squad After Transfer Deadline Day


Valladolid have some old and some new faces in the squad to see out the rest of the season.

Following a busy transfer deadline day, Real Valladolid have finalized their squad for the rest of the season. The addition of Mastantuono is a significant boost to an attack that was already the 2nd highest scoring in LaLiga with 51 goals in 22 matches. Valladolid sit 4th in the league table and are hoping to stay there or at least in a European place to guarantee a big pot of money to come into the club next season. As far as individual performances so far this year, Los Pucelanos have at least one player at the top of every major chart with Juan Latasa sitting 4th in the league with goals with 13 (Mbappé is top with 18), Raúl Moro level with Vinicius Jr. for top of the league in assists with 10 and Álvaro Aceves sat 3rd in the league with 7 clean sheets behind league leader, Thibaut Courtois (11). It has been a great first season under Fabregas so far and the squad is hoping to continue that for the remaining 16 league games.

Atletico Madrid Trigger Raúl Moro's €23M Release Clause


Valladolid's top star will be playing for Atletico in 2025-26.

After such an exciting transfer window, Los Pucelanos were almost immediately hit with a wave of disappointment as star winger, Raúl Moro informed them he will not be playing for the club next season. Atletico de Madrid, one of the giants of the Spanish league, have quietly unsettled the player by tempting with a significant wage hike and all-but-guaranteed Champions League football for next season and the foreseeable future. Instead of negotiating directly with Valladolid, who would have been very reluctant to sell, Atleti have triggered Moro's €22.8M release clause. While this was above his projected market value of €22.5M, this is a huge loss for Valladolid for next season with Moro having been the talisman for the club so far this season.
