Beat the piss out of Jacksonville State and then continued to build a pretty good recruiting class. Can't be mad at these post-Liberty results
i need my lick back but looks like liberty won't make it to the chip

Kennesaw State adds their first defensive prospect of the class in linebacker Jabari Deablo, add more bodies to the offensive line

KENNESAW, Ga. -- Kennesaw State landed two commitments over the weekend in three-stars LB Jabari Deablo and offensive tackle Isaac Green.

Deablo is an impressive looking linebacker at six-foot-three and 222 pounds that impressed the coaching staff when he camped at Kennesaw State this past summer. A fluid athlete, Deablo has the size and athleticism to play all of the linebacker positions in the Owls' defense which at times features three linebackers.

We've seen an uptick in those 3-3-5 formations this season for KSU with Myles Graham (569 snaps), Jameer Green (442) and Thomas Durbin (291) all playing significant snaps, at times together.

Green is the second highest ranked player in the class and projects to be the potential left tackle of the future, a position that the Owls have been looking to lock down with four different starters since head coach Bubba Mack's arrival.

Players to Watch
Image QB Pierce Clarkson (R-Sr) | 6′1″, 196lbs | 86 OVR, 83 SPD, 88 THP, 87 SAC, 82 MAC, 87 DAC
If the Bearkats are going to turn their season around, it starts with an upset of Kennesaw State to put them back into conference contention and for that to happen, they need Clarkson to shine. He hasn't been the problem in their losses this year but he'll need to play better than he did last year against Kennesaw State when he almost led the comeback victory but accounted for just around 200 yards of total offense.

Image HB/WR Jarius Moore (R-Jr) | 5′11″, 209lbs | 76 OVR, 91 SPD, 98 ACC, 90 COD, 73 CAR
One of the standouts from last year's game was Jarius Moore, who was used in the slot and had five catches to help move the chains. Due to injuries to starting running back Dom Lloyd, Moore has been used more at running back this year and carried the ball 27 times against Jax State in the Bearkats win earlier this season. Moore is a versatile player that had eleven receptions in the preseason opener so it'll be interesting to see how SHSU decides to use him.

Image DT Steve Horsted (R-Fr) | 6′2″, 291lbs | 65 OVR, 82 STR, 71 PMV, 75 FMV, 60 BSH
It's a thin room at defensive tackle for Sam Houston as they are down two defensive tackles, including their best and most experienced interior presence in Jaredh Frayre. We know KSU wants to run the football so why not go right at a weakened interior of the Bearkats defense. Horsted was very active against MTSU with seven tackles and will need a similar performance with hopefully better team performance around him.

I think the ship may have sailed on Skyler Williams. Having these mediocre games in these blowouts is damning.
