🎙️ “The 734 Podcast” – Bowl Bound, Baby! 🏈

(Intro theme plays — the sound of “The Victors” fades into a cold wind blowing through Ann Arbor, followed by a crisp “It’s Great to Be a Michigan Wolverine!” chant.)

HOST – JAY SMOOVE:
“Yo, yo, yo — welcome back to The 734, where we keep it real about the Maize and Blue. And boy — after everything we’ve been through this season — Michigan finishes 6-6, bowl eligible, and the city of Ann Arbor is finally breathin’ again! You’d think after that start, the way Coach Slime was lookin’ on those sidelines, this season was headed for the morgue. But nah — Batman and the Boys fought back from the shadows!”

CO-HOST – RICKY RAILS:
“Bruh, it’s poetic. Bryce Underwood, the kid they call ‘Batman,’ straight outta high school, drags this squad from embarrassment to eligibility. Coach Slime was out here catchin’ heat early in the year — remember folks wanted him fired after the Wisconsin blowout? And now, look at ‘em — beatin’ Ohio State, winnin’ three of the last four, and the defense finally hittin’ like a Michigan defense supposed to hit.”

HOST – JAY SMOOVE:
“Facts! And don’t get it twisted — this was earned. Cliff Renfree comin’ in next year from Georgia — that 4-star linebacker finna bring some Southern smoke to the Big Ten. The future’s bright. But this turnaround? That’s culture. That’s leadership. That’s Bryce damn Underwood gettin’ his cape back on and sayin’, ‘We not dyin’ this year.’”

RICKY RAILS:
“Talk about it! Bro threw, ran, bled, and took hits like a grown man. He got knocked around in Maryland and came back swingin’. And don’t forget them dogs up front — Derrick Moore, TJ Guy, Jaishawn Barham — all them boys top-5 finalists for national awards. That’s respect put on Michigan’s name again.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“Straight up. You see Coach Slime on the sideline after The Game? Man was wildin’ — jumpin’ on benches, screamin’ at the crowd, tellin’ Bryce, ‘If you ain’t get hurt, we’d be in the Playoffs!’ That’s heart. That’s fire. And that’s a coach that got his swagger back.”

RICKY RAILS:
“And we can’t forget — the Big Ten was eatin’ each other alive this year. Oregon came through the conference like the new big dog, Nebraska was sneaky elite, Penn State and Illinois traded blows, USC joined and got humbled. Michigan just kept their heads down, took the punches, and found a way to finish strong.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“Yo, and one more thing — that 6-6 ain’t just numbers, it’s redemption. This was the hardest Michigan schedule in years, and these boys never quit. You could feel God workin’ through that locker room, through the trials, through the doubt. Now, they goin’ bowling. One more game to make a statement before the offseason — one more chance to show the world what the next chapter looks like.”

RICKY RAILS:
“Preach! I don’t care who we play — the message is clear: Michigan ain’t dead. We reloaded. We refocused. And next year, Batman’s second act gon’ be crazy.”

JAY SMOOVE (closing):
“This the 734 Podcast. From the cold of the Big House to the warmth of redemption, we ridin’ with Slime and Bryce all the way to the end. Stay blessed, stay locked in, and remember — even in the dark, the block M still shines bright.”

(Outro music fades out with the sound of the crowd chanting: “Let’s Go Blue!”)

🎙️ “The 734 Podcast” — The End of an Era, The Start of a Legacy 🏈

(Opening theme fades in — snow falling over The Big House, echoes of “It’s Great to Be a Michigan Wolverine” carried by the wind.)

HOST – JAY SMOOVE:
“Yo, welcome back to The 734, the heartbeat of Michigan football talk. Now look, this one’s bittersweet. Michigan finishes 6-6. No bowl invite. Just cold air, heavy hearts, and that feeling like the season ended right when we were finding who we were again. Coach Slime said it himself — ‘If Bryce never got hurt, we’re in the playoff picture.’ And he might be right.”

CO-HOST – RICKY RAILS:
“Man, that line hit me in the soul. Think about the journey — we started the season with chaos. QB carousel, injuries, questions about the culture. But outta that darkness, Batman rose. Bryce Underwood showed flashes of greatness. He got the ‘M’ back in motion. And yeah, 6-6 ain’t sexy, but it’s survival. You gotta crawl before you climb, and this team just learned how to crawl through fire.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“Exactly. Bryce the type of kid who takes a bruise like a blessing. Played through pain, took hits, and still gave us reasons to believe. Justice Haynes and Jordan Marshall held it down in the backfield. Derrick Moore and Ernest Hausmann? Straight monsters. Bro, both those dudes made All-Americans, and the line — TJ Guy, Benny, Payne — all All-Big Ten. That’s real Michigan football grind.”

RICKY RAILS:
“And that’s the crazy part — this defense deserved a bowl. Those boys were eatin’ all year. But the numbers ain’t lie — this team got caught in the rebuild storm. New quarterback, new rhythm, new leadership. We lost tight games early, and by the time we caught fire, the Big Ten was already a bloodbath. Oregon and Nebraska dominated, USC got humbled, Penn State slipped, and Michigan found itself fightin’ for respect.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“But there’s light, man. The future is comin’ faster than a Bryce rollout. We just got a 5-star receiver, Damian Boyette — that’s a game-changer. 6’2, 205, from Minneapolis. That’s a weapon built for Bryce. Cliff Renfree locked in at linebacker. The 2026 season already got juice.”

RICKY RAILS:
“Facts, and that’s what separates the doubters from the believers. This year was supposed to break ‘em. Instead, it built character. You saw Coach Slime in those late games — smiling again, jumping on benches, headbutting his D-line. He turned doubt into energy. And that locker room fed off it.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“Yeah, man. Michigan might not be in a bowl, but don’t let that fool you — this program’s soul is back. The defense is elite, the freshman QB’s a phenom, and the recruiting class is nasty. The storm’s clearin’. And what’s comin’ next? A Wolverine winter. A year from now, we ain’t talkin’ six wins… we talkin’ six straight dominant ones.”

RICKY RAILS (closing):
“So to the fans, to the faithful — breathe easy. This wasn’t the ending we wanted, but it’s the beginning we needed. The cape’s hung up for now, but when Batman returns next fall, best believe the Big House gon’ rumble again.”

(Outro music fades in — “The Victors” plays under the sound of roaring fans and the words echo: “The Block M never dies.”)

🎙️ The 734 Podcast — “Endgame in Ann Arbor: Season of Survival”

(Intro music fades in over clips of Zvada’s 63-yard bomb and Underwood’s game-sealing slide vs. OSU.)

HOST – JAY SMOOVE:
“Yo yo, welcome back to The 734, your favorite block-M gospel. Season’s over, man. 6-6. No bowl invite. But I’m gonna keep it a buck with y’all — this season felt like Year Zero of the Bryce Underwood Era. The birth of Batman in maize and blue. And now that the dust settled on the national scene, we got a whole lot to unpack.”

🏆 National Chaos Recap

RICKY RAILS:
“Bro, Georgia done snuck another one. Dawgs beat South Carolina 28-27 in the natty. Kirby Smart built a machine that refuses to die. Oregon folded in the semis, Texas Tech almost made magic, and Florida finally back in the mix. But the bigger story? The coaching carousel — it’s like musical chairs on fire. Dabo to Bama, Lane to Clemson, Fickell outta Wisconsin, Gundy outta Stillwater. The SEC lookin’ like a soap opera.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“Facts! And low-key, Nebraska put the Big Ten back on the map, but fell short against Oregon. Meanwhile, Michigan sittin’ at home — watchin’ the chaos we shoulda been part of. If Underwood doesn’t go down mid-season, we talkin’ playoff bubble, not pain. Coach Slime even said it: ‘If Bryce don’t get hurt, the Big House hosts January.’”

🧱 Wolverine Breakdown

RICKY RAILS:
“Let’s talk production, though. Bryce finished with over 1,100 passing yards, 320 rushing, 9 total TDs in half a season. The dude’s only a freshman. Justice Haynes gave solid yards — 546 and 3 TDs — while Jordan Marshall added 5 scores of his own. McCulley went out with 582 yards and 7 TDs, Simpson right behind with 516. And on defense — Derrick Moore? Different breed. 10½ sacks, 28 TFLs, straight All-American vibes.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“Zvada the kicker might’ve been our MVP early on — 63 long, 80% clip. But that D-line, man… they were the soul of this team. Barham with 96 tackles. Benny and Payne turning pockets into rubble. And the fact we sent six boys to the draft? That’s respect. Rod Moore, Derrick Moore, Benny, Barham, Hausmann — they earned that league check.”

💥 The Fallout

RICKY RAILS:
“Yeah, but let’s be real — no bowl invite stings. It’s like showing up to prom clean and your ex at the door with another dude. We deserved one. But the NCAA politics don’t love 6-6 Michigan like that this year. Still, I’ll take that over a fake record built on cupcakes.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“And the rebuild continues. Bryce stays. Haynes stays. Boyette coming in — that 5-star from Minnesota? That’s a game-breaker. Coach Slime cooking something mean for 2026. And with a new wave of O-line recruits, that run game gonna get vicious again.”

🦇 Final Words

RICKY RAILS:
“Let’s call it what it is — this was the Season of Survival. Batman got bruised, but he learned the city. Next year, he rules it. No more Peene, no more QB drama, no more confusion. Just Bryce, the cape, and Coach Slime with a vengeance.”

JAY SMOOVE:
“And to the rest of college football — enjoy your little trophies. Michigan’s reloading. Not rebuilding. 2026 belongs to the cape. The dawn’s comin’. And when it hits Ann Arbor, y’all gon’ feel that thunder.”

(Outro music hits — crowd chanting “BLUE!” as highlights roll: Underwood’s hurdle vs. Northwestern, Moore’s strip sack vs. OSU, and Coach Slime pumping his fist under the lights.)

🔥 734 Podcast — “The Signing Day Special: Slime’s Soldiers Arrive” 🔥

(Opening music fades in over clips of Michigan’s locker room, Bryce Underwood dapping up recruits, and Coach Slime pacing the sideline in slow motion.)

🎙️ HOST: Jay Smoove

“Welcome back to The 734 Podcast, where Ann Arbor speaks its truth! Signing Day just wrapped up, and yo… Coach Slime and his staff low-key cleaned up. 6-6 season or not, this recruiting class got grit — not a class full of five-star divas, but dogs built for the Big House. Michigan just reloaded the trenches, stacked the linebacker room, and got some young killers in the secondary.”

💪 The Core of the Class

Ricky Rails:
“Let’s start in the paint, man — that D-line lookin’ nasty. 4-star DT Justin Scott outta Chicago is a straight wall — 6'4”, 310, violent hands, and that motor don’t quit. Pair him with returning vets, and Michigan’s front about to bully people again. Then you add another 4-star in the back end — Jayden Bellamy, corner from Jersey — that boy got that Sauce Gardner confidence. He’s talkin’ like he already CB1.”

Jay Smoove:
“And don’t sleep on the linebacker army Coach Slime pulled. You got Jahlil Baggett, Steven Meeks, and JaMario Hart all comin’ in hungry. These dudes ain’t stars on paper yet — but you can tell from the tape, they’re Slime’s type: angry, athletic, and disciplined. Plus Trezmem Burns, that WILL linebacker with closing speed like he late for church.”

⚡ Offensive Additions

Ricky Rails:
“On offense, the Flanagan brothers just changed the tone, bro. Najee Flanagan, 3-star tailback — north-south runner with vision. Walter Flanagan, his big bro, SAM linebacker who plays like a freight train. Imagine that backyard beef they used to have growin’ up? Now they bring that to Schembechler Hall.”

Jay Smoove:
“And let’s not forget Trent Abiamiri, that 3-star QB — dual-threat energy, strong arm, and he’s talkin’ about learning behind Bryce like a Padawan learnin’ from Jedi Master Wayne. You can tell Bryce got these young guns inspired. TE room got two solid additions — Brad Castille and Conor Whittaker — both can block, both got hands. Big Ten tight end prototypes right there.”

🧱 The Foundation Pieces

Ricky Rails:
“O-line got some love too. Steven Gedeon, 3-star guard, got that anchor strength. Coach Slime said he ‘plays angry like he owe somebody rent.’ Then at kicker — finally some insurance! Joey Franco got a cannon for a leg, man. If he can lock in that consistency, that’s your next Zvada right there.”

Jay Smoove:
“And those corners — Santiago Rosa and Jon Ecker — might be low-rated, but they fit that blue-collar mold. Hungry, underdog energy, exactly what this locker room needs. These kids ain’t chasing NIL checks — they chasing legacy.”

🦇 Closing Thoughts — The Next Chapter

Ricky Rails:
“This class is the first step in the redemption arc. Last year was pain, no cap. 6-6, no bowl, too much drama. But now? You can feel it — the culture’s shiftin’. Bryce locked in, the recruits believe, and the city rallyin’. Coach Slime ain’t buildin’ a team — he buildin’ a movement.”

Jay Smoove:
“And yo, let’s keep it real — Michigan’s not rebuilding. We reloadin’ the chamber. These are Slime’s Soldiers. 2026 gon’ be violent. Batman got his army now. The cape is ironed. The mission’s clear. Let the Big Ten beware — Gotham lives in Ann Arbor.”

(Outro music hits — clip of Coach Slime fist-bumping recruits fades out with “M Go Blue” chant echoing.)

🎙️ 734 PODCAST — “The Batman Rebuild: Michigan’s 45th Ranked Class”

(Intro beat hits — bass heavy, grimy like a cold January night in the D. The hosts laugh over highlights from the season fade-in.)

🦇 Jay Smoove:

“Aight y’all… so Michigan finishes the 2025 cycle ranked 45th in the nation. Yeah, it ain’t top-10, it ain’t sexy — but let’s keep it a buck — this was a rebuild year. Coach Slime’s first full class, and he built it in the mud. The record was mid, the vibes were shaky, and the media said Michigan fell off… but look around now. These young bulls are committed to the grind, not the glitter.”

💪 Ricky Rails:

“Exactly. You ain’t gon’ see a bunch of five-stars flashin’ chains in this class — but you gon’ see blue-collar monsters ready to hurt somebody in the trenches. This 45th-ranked class got more bite than half the top-25. Look at that linebacker depth! Coach Slime basically said, ‘I’m buildin’ an army.’ And that’s what he did. These are kids who wanna earn their number, not buy it.”

🧱 Jay Smoove:

“And what people don’t get — Bryce Underwood changed the culture. That’s Batman out there. Recruits see him and say, ‘I wanna play for that dude.’ So even with a .500 season, Michigan pulled real soldiers: Justin Scott, Jayden Bellamy, Damian Boyette — all key pieces for the rebuild. This class may be ranked 45th, but it’s 1st in identity. They fit the Slime System.”

⚙️ Ricky Rails:

“Coach Slime said it himself: ‘Stars don’t make soldiers.’ You can’t teach that Ann Arbor grit. He went and got kids that fit the blueprint — long arms, high motors, low egos. You can feel that chip forming already. 2026 gon’ be personal. They comin’ for everything they lost this season.”

🦇 Jay Smoove:

“And let’s be real — the Batman Era just begun. Bryce got a full offseason to cook. This defense just reloaded. The freshmen comin’ in with fire. Michigan may not have the shiniest class, but we got the realest one. Gotham still standin’. And come next fall… the Big Ten better start prayin’.”

(Outro music hits — soundbite of Coach Slime yelling “WE AIN’T DONE YET!” echoes as the screen fades to black with the words: “734 — The Rebuild Has Begun.”)

🔥🎙️ 734 Podcast — “2026 Season Kickoff: The Rebirth of the Maize & Blue” 🔥

(Intro sound hits — Adam Cole’s “BAYBAY!” echo cuts through as the crowd roar blends into a hype trap beat.)

🎧 Jay Smoove:

“College Football is BACK, baybay! And you already know what time it is — this the 734 Podcast comin’ live from Ann Arbor, where the smoke still hangin’ over the Big House. Coach Slime got the boys locked in for 2026, and let’s be honest… the vibe feel different. We talkin’ redemption, rebuild, and revenge. Michigan might’ve finished 6-6 last year, but now they back ranked #22 — and the whole Big Ten should be nervous.”

💥 Ricky Rails:

“Bruh, the Wolverines got that underdog look in their eyes. You can see it. Bryce Underwood done been baptized in fire. Freshman year? That was the origin story. Now we talkin’ Year Two — the Batman Era in full effect. He got new soldiers comin’ in the trench like Justin Scott, who’s a damn beast, and Jyaire Hill, who’s out there like a lockdown warden on the first team All-American list. And don’t forget — they just picked up a local grinder in Lindsey Ballage from Muskegon. Blue-collar, homegrown, real Michigan football right there.”

🦇 Jay Smoove:

“And let’s keep it real — this schedule? Brutal. You got Oklahoma Week 2, Penn State Week 7, Oregon in Week 8. That’s a murder row, bruh. But this is where legends rise. Bryce been in the film room more than he been on the ‘Gram. Word outta camp is he’s commandin’ the huddle like a vet. The defense? Angry. Hungry. Derrick Moore may be gone, but them young dogs wanna prove somethin’.”

🔥 Ricky Rails:

“Exactly. It’s time for Michigan to bleed identity again. Coach Slime said it best in his presser: ‘We ain’t tryin’ to win games — we tryin’ to win souls.’ That man smiled like he already knew somethin’. The Big House gon’ be rockin’ Week 1 when Western Michigan comes in — but everybody’s watchin’ that Week 2 matchup against Oklahoma. Bryce vs. Arch Manning — Hollywood college football, right there.”

🧠 Jay Smoove:

“And let’s not sleep on the Heisman scene. The media talkin’ Ryan Williams, Jeremiah Smith, Arch, Nico… but they forget who’s lurkin’ in the shadows. Bryce might not have the numbers yet, but if Michigan makes a run? You gon’ see him in that conversation. Trust me.”

🗣️ Ricky Rails:

“This year feels like destiny, not hype. Michigan back ranked, the nation sleepin’, and the city breathin’ that same energy from the Harbaugh era — grit, grind, gospel. If the Wolverines handle business through October, the whole narrative flips. The Dark Knight ain’t just protectin’ Gotham — he comin’ for Columbus, too.”

(Outro fades in — soundbite of Coach Slime yelling “WE BACK FOR BLOOD!” as beat drops. Text flashes: “734 PODCAST — The Batman Era Begins.”)

Hopefully Underwood can stay healthy, improve that completion percentage and cut down on turnovers :yup:
