ngl, I do not have the hardest sliders at the moment. I tried using the ones mvp posted for 2k25 and was down 50 in the 1st half

I found some Superstar level sliders and will be slowly adjusting the difficulty up from there. I'm focusing on improving the CPU defense and shot making, then adjusting my sliders down. Rather than starting with everything sucking and figuring out if its my offensive play style, or just super defense.

But even if we keep rolling during the user games, the sim will keep us back down to the bottom where we belong

I have struggled with Lauri to start. Not quick enough to get by guys and I suck in the post. He's been relegated to catch and shoot opportunities which clearly isn't his strong suit.

Ace came down to earth next game

Just to preface - the game I'm about to post I was up 30 at the halftime with the same sliders I've been tweaking. Decided to up it to vanilla HOF in the 3rd Q, got cooked. 30 point lead shrank to 6 points, dropped it to vanilla SS to see if that gave me a challenge the rest of the way

you'll see the result still trying to find a happy medium between the CPU being able to score competently without my shooting being all or nothing
