Draft had a great arm but wasn't as mobile. He was also a lefty which led to alot of INT's because I was miss reading some of the coverages The truth is Texas honestly is/was a better team.. They deserved to win the game. I realize in the video game world sometimes it's easy to just want to win everything but to be honest the though games are the ones that make me keep coming back and wanting to play.

I started my Dynasty playing 11 minute Quarters. I switched it up after a couple seasons down to 10 but this past season I switched it back. To be honest I hadn't noticed how many throws Hooks threw... It's something I will have to keep an eye on and potentially move back to 10 minutes.

It was actually 129 plays well USC ran 88

However in my loss to UCLA the very next week using the same 11 min Quarters I ran 75 plays well UCLA run 82

In Week 1 in my win over Duke I had 106 and Duke had 82 In Week 2 against BYU I ran 76 yet still scored 66 points with just 15:15 TOP well BYU ran 98 and had the ball 28:45

TURNOVERS PLAGUE BRONCOS IN WEEK 6 LOSS
GAME RECAP

After 3 straight home games and a 4-0 start, Boise State found themselves in hostile territory in Week 6 against 5-0 Bruin squad backed by a solid out crowd at the Rose Bowl stadium.

Before last week's 2 INT performance Cam Hooks had turned the ball over just 1 time in the Broncos first 3 games and was well on his way to a Heisman type season but the campaign hit a major road block against the Bruin Defense as Hooks turns the ball over 5 times (4 INT and a fumble)

Despite 2 early 1st INT's , Boise State managed to keep themselves in the lead (10-7) at the end of the 1st Quarter and (24-23) at the half and a Roland Finely INT of SO QB Mohammad Obighizuwa (84) even lead to BSU scoring on the opening drive of the 2nd half to take a (31-23) lead but UCLA responded with a touchdown of their own as Obi finds SR WR JP Trewyn for the first of (2) 3rd Quarter touchdowns, leading to UCLA making it (31-31) before Hooks 3rd INT of the day gave the Bruins the (38-31) lead going into the 4th. Still trailing (38-31) early in the 4th, things would go from bad to worse for Hooks as he fumbles the ball leading to a 63 yd return by DT Jesse Louis (79 Ovr) as UCAL extended their lead to (45-31) with 6 minutes to play in the game.

Hooks already with a 76 yd touchdown to Sophomore Eric Zentner in the 1st half would look for lighting to strike twice, but the JR CB Fetu Fuehne (86 ovr) would make a great play on the ball picking off Hooks for INT #4 leading to a ULCA FG making it a 3 score game.

For Coach Miller he knew his star QB needed a break and inserted backup QB Tyrone Waddle to give Hooks a chance to regroup. The plan worked as Waddle leads a 8 play drive ending in a 4 yd QB keeper for the touchdown to cut the lead to (48-31) with 3:38 to play..

Running out of time Miller would attempt the onside kick but the Bruin hands team recovers. The Defense however would step up forcing the Bruins to punt for their 6th time in the game with 2:48 to play in the game.

Still armed with all 3 timeouts, Miller rolled the dice again sending Waddle out for a 2nd drive but after back to back completions it was the UCLA pass rush stepping up sacking Waddle twice setting up 3rd and 20. A 13 yd completion would make it 4th and 7 but Waddle intended pass for TE Scott Fowler is short of the 1st down as UCLA takes the ball over on downs. FINAL SCORE #21 UCLA-48 #3 BOISE STATE-31

KEY PLAYERS
QB C. Hooks-25/37 (67%) 363 yds 2 TD 4 INT, 1 Fumble
QB T. Waddle 8/11 133 yds 1 rushing TD, sacked 3 times
RB B. Crum-12 carries 38 yds (3.2 avg, 1 run was 18 yds ) 1 TD, 1 rec 11 yds
RB J. Boykins-7 carries 36 yds (5.1 avg, but 1 run was 22 yds)
WR E. Zentner-10 rec 189 yds 1 TD
WR K. Harmon-7 rec 144 yds
WR M. Kramer-3 rec 82 yds 1 TD
TE L. Ika-3 rec 41 yds
TE S. Fowler-3 rec 34 yds

THE GOOD
It's hard to find Good in a loss but I guess 496 yds passing despite 4 INT.

THE BAD
The Run Defense gave up a season high 230 yds and 3 touchdowns (SR RB Dexter Rubin-79 Ovr) had 27 carries 194 yds and all 3 TD)

THE UGLY
5 Turnovers with 4 of the leading to points including the 63 yd fumble return.

IMPACT FROM THE GAME/UP NEXT
With the loss BSU drops from #3 to #12 in the rankings as they head home to face a (4-1) Cal Bears squad.

Boise State lost it's first high profile recruit of the 2032 season as 5* QB Joey Kumah (#30 Overall/#1 MN/#7 QB) has announced he is officially signing with Nebraska. Kumah visited Boise during their Week 4 win over USC.

I was also on 11 and played with the accelerated clock and couldn’t get numbers I liked so I switched to 10 as well. I think when you k ow the playbook and can call plays quickly it skews the play numbers.
