shapen transferring
greg biggs is a super interesting prospect. whats his speed like? any thoughts on what other positions he could play?
Shapen is a 6th year senior. He's done.
I don't know know about his speed. I have a house rule about not scouting. He's got good size depending on speed he could be a LB as well.

Kamario Taylor Gets Nod at Starting Quarterback Position
Rob Stock-- Bulldogs Report
Kliff Kingsbury announced today in a pregame press conference exciting news for Mississippi State fans. Freshman Quarterback Kamario Taylor will be taking over the starting quarterback role from Blake Shapen after a poor start from Shapen and the loss to Northern Illinois. Kingsbury said he had "all the respect in the world for Shapen" but this was a choice that would help the team move forward as they enter SEC play.
Kamario Taylor is a 4 star recruit from Macon, Mississippi and was the #2 rated recruit in Mississippi last year. He threw for over 2,400 yards and 30 touchdowns with only 4 interceptions while rushing for 1,100 yards and 15 touchdowns in his senior year at Noxubee County High School. He brings a dual threat to the offense that is more aligned with some of the recent quarterbacks Kingsbury has coached such as Kyler Murrary, Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels. That is one of the contributing factors to Kingsbury's decision. He stated in the press conference "Kamario brings an additional threat to our offense that Blake just can't provide. Blake deserved his chance but now it's time for someone else to shine."
Taylor will be immediately tested by being thrown straight into SEC play. However, Tennessee has struggled and sit at 1-3 on the season and will be traveling to Starkville. A home game is a great way for the Bulldogs to ease Taylor into the starting role. He will need to get comfortable quick because the following week the Bulldogs hit the road to College Station to face #6 Texas A&M and they can't afford for Taylor to get a slow start this week.

I benched Shapen’s ass in CFB25 too lol, get that bum out of here. Going to be interesting to see what kind of bounce back Tennessee will have after losing to UAB a week ago.
